You should always test a dryer before you buy it. At DbZ labs we can perform trials on our Hemraj Lab 2 Advanced SS spray dryer or GLS 1000.
Capacity: 100-1000 ml/hr water evaporation.
This dryer can run very small batches so it is ideal for broad screening and early development work, especially when the material is precious or hard to produce. It is small enough to fit on a bench and it runs on single-phase 200/230V 50/60 Hz power. The glass chamber allows researchers to visualize the process in real-time. It can be controlled via touchscreen or from a computer and data can be extracted via thumb drive.

Much like the GLS 1000 mini, This dryer is designed for running very small batches but as a non-benchtop design it has been optimized for reproducibility and to produce very high yields yet still run on single-phase 200/230V 50/60 Hz power. all parameters are controlled via PLC touchscreen and the chamber can be ordered in either glass or stainless steel.

If you want a dryer that can be used for R&D but is also advanced enough to produce samples in your GMP or food safe kilo lab then this is the right dryer for you. It is constructed from 316 stainless steel and comes in various pharmaceutical grade finishes. The chamber can be customized to allow for two-fluid, rotary, or high pressure atomization systems and it can also run in co-current or counter-current mode. All parameters are controlled via PLC touchscreen and it comes with data logging capabilities.
Capacity: 5-8 kg/hr water evaporation.
This dryer is designed for small scale production. It is ideal for producing large samples, scaling up your manufacturing process, or for production if your material falls in the high value/low volume market. It is designed per GMP standards and comes with various pharmaceutical grade finishes but is still very easy to dismantle and clean.
Capacity: 10-30 kg/hr water evaporation.
The pilot scale spray dryer comes in a wide range of configurations (co-current, fountain mode, rotary, two-fluid, or high pressure atomization etc.) and can easily switch between configurations for multiple products. It is designed for continuous use and comes with many options such as dust explosion protection, extended drying chamber, and wet scrubber.

The semi production dryer is a scaled up version of the pilot scale dryer and comes with all the same options.
